HP Umpire Gabe Morales ejected Blue Jays manager John Schneider (check swing strike one call to Daulton Varsho) in the top of the 7th inning of the #BlueJays-#Diamondbacks game. With one out and none on, Blue Jays batter Varsho attempted to check his swing on a 0-0 slider from Diamondbacks pitcher Kevin Ginkel, ruled a swinging strike by HP Umpire Morales. At the time of the ejection, the Blue Jays were leading, 8-7. The Blue Jays ultimately won the contest, 8-7.
