With one out and one on, Angels batter Renfroe took a 2-1 sinker from Mariners pitcher Luis Castillo for a called second strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the inner half of home plate and at of the hollow of the knee (px -0.33, pz 1.49 [sz_bot 1.66 / RAD 1.54 / MOE 1.46]), the call was correct.* At the time of the ejection, the Mariners were leading, 5-1. The Mariners ultimately won the contest, 9-7.
