Instant Replay Review overturned 3B Umpire Alan Porter's out (catch/in play [stadium boundary]) call in the bottom of the 9th inning of the Yankees-Twins game. With none out and none on, Twins batter Sam Fuld hit a 1-2 knuckle curve from Yankees pitcher David Robertson on a fly ball near the third base (visitor's) dugout, where third baseman Zelous Wheeler attempted to field the fly. Upon Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Twins Manager Ron Gardenhire, Porter's ruling was reversed, the call was incorrect. At the time of the review, the Yankees were leading, 6-5. The Yankees ultimately won the contest, 6-5.
