Instant Replay Review upheld 3B Umpire Will Little's out call in the bottom of the 7th inning of the Cardinals-Rockies game. With none out and one on, Rockies batter Charlie Culberson hit a 0-0 fastball from Cardinals pitcher Sam Freeman on the ground to Freeman, who threw to third baseman Matt Carpenter as Rockies baserunner R2 DJ LeMahieu slid into third base. Upon Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Rockies Manager Walt Weiss, Little's ruling was affirmed, the call was correct. At the time of the review, the Rockies were leading, 6-5.
