Instant Replay Review upheld 2B Umpire Jerry Meals' HR (fan interference no-) call in the top of the 7th inning of the Tigers-Indians game. With one out and none on, Tigers batter Ian Kinsler hit a 1-0 fastball from Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer on a fly ball to deep left center field and near the top of the outfield wall. Upon Replay Review as the result of a request by Indians Manager Terry Francona and initiation by Crew Chief Jerry Meals, Meals' ruling was affirmed, the call was correct. At the time of the review, the Tigers were leading, 4-2. The Tigers ultimately won the contest, 5-4, in 10 innings.
