Instant Replay Review upheld 1B Umpire DJ Reyburn's safe call in the top of the 6th inning of the Brewers-Cardinals game. With none out and none on, Brewers batter Yovani Gallardo hit a 0-1 change up from Cardinals pitcher Michael Wacha on the ground to third baseman Matt Carpenter, who threw to first baseman Matt Adams as Gallardo arrived at first base. Upon Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Cardinals Manager Mike Matheny, Reyburn's call was affirmed. At the time of the review, the Cardinals were leading, 1-0.
