Instant Replay Review upheld HP Umpire Tim Timmons' HBP call in the bottom of the 7th inning of the Athletics-Angels game. With none out and none on, Angels batter Chris Iannetta took a 1-2 curveball from A's pitcher Tommy Milone for a hit by pitch. Upon Instant Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Athletics Manager Bob Melvin, Timmons' ruling that the pitch in the dirt hit Iannetta's left foot was affirmed, the call was correct. At the time of the review, the A's were leading, 4-1. The Angels ultimately won the contest, 5-4, in 12 innings.

I think it's going to be especially difficult to overturn a hit batsman call on replay. It's tough enough to do In real time it's even worse on slowmo replay.
I agree 100%. They should play it in real time in order to hear it. The umpire doesn't usually see it, he listens for it.
