Instant Replay Review upheld 2B Umpire Jim Reynolds' out call in the top of the 1st inning of the Diamondbacks-Giants game. With two out and one on, Diamondbacks baserunner R1 Tony Campana attempted to steal second base off Giants pitcher Ryan Vogelsong, catcher Buster Posey to shortstop Brandon Crawford as Campana arrived at second base. Upon Instant Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Diamondbacks Manager Kirk Gibson, Reynolds' ruling that Crawford tagged Campana while Campana was off his base was affirmed, the call was correct. At the time of the review, the contest was tied, 0-0. The Diamondbacks ultimately won the contest, 6-5, in 10 innings.

If this didn't show clear and convincing evidence then you basically have to blow a call by a foot to get overturned!
Why aren't the replay umpires listed any more?
Wow... I mean, you can see the base move from contact clearly before tag was made...
