MLB Ejection 053: Larry Vanover (1; Fredi Gonzalez)

took a 2-2 sinker from Braves pitcher Tim Hudson for a called third ball. Replays indicate all three balls during Zimmerman's at bat were located outside the strike zone, the third located beneath the hollow of the knee and over the outer half of home plate (sz_bot 1.5; pz 1.396), the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Braves were leading, 1-0. The Braves ultimately won the contest, 2-1, in 10 innings.
