With 4:47 remaining in the 3rd period, officials assessed double technical fouls to Pacers center Roy Hibbert and Magic center Kyle O'Quinn following a free throw by Pacers forward Paul George. Vaughn protested the administration of the double technical, earning one unsporting T and earned his second technical foul after refusing to leave the playing surface and return to his coaching box. At the time of the ejection, the Pacers were leading, 58-44. The Pacers ultimately won the contest, 95-73.
