Ejection 119: Rob Drake (2)

HP Umpire Rob Drake ejected Rays Manager Joe Maddon for arguing a strike call in the top of the 7th inning of the Rays-Mariners game. With two out and none on, Rays batter Matt Joyce took a 0-1 fastball from Rays pitcher Felix Hernandez for a called first strike.* Replays indicate the pitch was located belt high and several inches off the outer edge of home plate (px -1.121), the call was incorrect.
