To facilitate Prop Board submission, we have crafted a form, embedded below, though as always, you are free to e-mail as well. Good luck!

according to the box score in mlb.com andy fletcher is back from injury that cant be right? he injured it really bad, speedy recovery?
Anyone know if (or when) Bruce Dreckman will be back?
Larry Vanover and Bob Davidson have switched crews. I wonder if this will be permanent ala West-Hernandez or if it is temporary. Hunter Wendlstedt is also missing his 4th consecutive week and I have no idea why. Mike Muchlinski filled in the first three weeks and now it is Vic Carapazza.
Another injury is Ed Rapuano who has been out since June 1. Tim Timmons is working with that crew for the second straight series. I doubt that is permanent though. Chris Conroy filled in for Rapuano up until last weekend when him and Timmons switched crews. Now it is Reyburn with Kellogg and crew. I wonder if his run with Cousins crew is over. I remember last year a lot of the crews which had the same Triple A guy working with them for multiple weeks switched at the all star game and it looks the same is happening this season.
Bruce Dreckman should be back soon, if he does expect him to be back with cuzzi, gibson, and davis
As for everyone else, hirschbeck as we know is done for the season as reported, rapuano idk, wendlstedt? joyce is gone again possibly vacation nelson in for him i assume. I know im missing someone?
Randazzo and Barksdale are absent this weekend. Notice how three of the Umpires off this weekend worked the All Star Game. They probably just get the second half of the week off instead of the first. I expect all three back on Monday. Porter is in for Randazzo, Baker is in for Nelson who is acting as CC on Joyce's crew and Muchlinski is in for Barksdale. We also have 2 CC's working in LA, Davis and Cousins with Cousins taking the spot occupied by Gonzalez since May 28. His run with the Davis crew is probably also over. Cousins crew along with Demuth's crew are off this weekend.
Hey Russ, or anyone. Can someone explain to me for example the start of the dodger series, why they have CC game 1 Cousins, 2 no CC and game three CC Davis. Is it a strategy, i saw that i belvie it was last year. Jerry layne, Tim mclleland blue jays at red sox
And lets hypothetically, a fight between the padres and dodgers happens tomorrow, who is the crew chief now in charge. Cousins or Davis?
I never seen three crew chiefs or four in a regular season game i don't think. pretty good crews i saw in 2008 i beleve was Dreckman, Gorman, Davis, Everitt
Everitt though is kinda like an acting CC
@ Anonymous 9:49,
I do not think it is a strategy. More likely Cousins simply switched for this series. Notice how the rest of his crew is off this weekend. He will probably be taking three days off sometime later in the season while the rest of his crew is working.
Also ejections have been kinda down this year
86 ejections this year. Pretty good
Top of the 14th in KC long game, hang in there umps doing great
I am pretty sure Davis is considered the Crew Chief. Even though Cousins has been in the league longer, Davis has been a CC longer and I think that is the precedent. Earlier last week, Cederstrom and McClelland and they were in the same alignment as Davis's crew now. Game 1 was Johnson behind the plate, Game 2 was Cederstrom and Game 3 was Barksdale. Cubby was off all of last week. They had a weekend series but Blaser was with the crew for that making Barksdale the 2 for that series. That kinda scared me at the time, but there was no controversey during that series.
MLB may be giving the newer umpires a chance to work with all the crews. Each CC runs his crew differently, and it gives a newer umpire a chance to get comfortable with all the umpires. Many of the newer guys have not had a chance to work a lot with the experienced guys.
Rumor is Hunter Wendelstedt broke his ankle in Spring or April. And MLB medical finally took him off the field. Looks like he last worked in Atlanta in June.
