HP Umpire Will Little ejected Marlins Manager Mike Redmond for arguing a strike three call in the bottom of the 6th inning of the Phillies-Marlins game. With one out and one on, Marlins batter Adeiny Hechavarria took a 1-2 fastball from Phillies pitcher Jake Diekman for a called third strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the inner edge of home plate and below the midpoint between the top of the uniform pants and shoulders (px -.899, pz 3.336 / sz_top 3.450), the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Phillies were leading, 6-3. The Phillies ultimately won the contest, 6-5.
