Replays indicate the pitch was located inside and hit Victorino in the center of his belt as he turned his back towards center field, the call is correct under UEFL Rule 6.b.ii.e.* At the time of the ejections, the Phillies were leading, 8-2. The Phillies ultimately won the contest, 9-2.
